February 3 2016 I decided enough was enough and that it was time to make a lasting change in my life.

I was over 100 pounds over weight and had battled various health problems such as anxiety, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, rapid heart beat, skin fungus, erection dysfunction, irritable bowel syndrome, sleep apnea, chronic fatigue and more.

The plant based lifestyle allowed me to lose over 113 pounds in less than 6 months and helped me heal from all sickness and disease.

You're such an inspiration! Just joined your channel! I'm aspiring to eat completely raw, hoping to do a grape fast once the Thomcord and Concord grapes come out!

Thank you so much 🙂 The grape fast is awesome… It actually gets better closer to the two week mark.

I'm eating more grapes, prepping b for a future fast. my question is: how often did you eat? did you measure your portions? did you space out your meals? or did you do it all intuitively? tks.

I dry fast for 12 hours each day. From around 11 PM until 11 AM. I eat every 2 hours during my awake time. I eat around 6 times per day. I consume around 3-5 pounds per day. If I juice my grapes I consume 5 pounds per day but if I eat them whole I eat around 3 pounds per day.

Plant Based Lifer Do you eat seedless grapes?

Do you think it’s possible to consume too many grapes on the grape feast?

You were saying that you're having a fluffy poop when you eat grapes so what kind of pop do you have while drinking them? It's my fifth day on the grape juice and my poop is loose or watery. Last solid poop I had was on day 3.

Does the grapes has to be seedless or with seeds?

    • superkb172 on January 14, 2018 at 6:32 pm

thesolverr Did you get the answer?

I started doing High carb, low fat vegan about a month ago. I have gut issues, candida , hypoglycemia etc. My biggest issue right now is keeping my blood sugar stable. Mine goes very low. I can’t sleep more than a couple hours at a time because it drops too low an$ wakes me up. Do you have any suggestions.?

    • Jesus Christ on April 20, 2018 at 6:36 am

Hi my name is Jerry. I would like to start a vegan Style lifestyle. I believe that I have throat cancer and possible bladder cancer. What's the best way to start I want to do the great fast but I don't know about the grapes that I'm finding they're all seedless. So would it be best to incorporate green juicing and green salads or start with the fast right off the bat. I don't want to play with this stuff and I want to knock it out. I too have a lot of fat right around my belly section and of course nowhere else. So just curious as to what you think would be the best way to go about it. Now I have been eating sad diet forever so this will be hard but I don't believe this cancer is spreading fast I'd haven't been diagnosed I just know the common symptoms and I've had this lump in the back of my throat for over three years so I'm not in a super rush I definitely will never take chemotherapy or radiation so I want to eradicate this from my body in the form of fruits and vegetables just don't know how to start. And if I can't find Organics all the time would it be okay to eat regular grapes. I'm on a budget so I would have to try to do the best I can but if you could answer a couple of the questions for me I'll be looking back to check and I'd appreciate it very much I subscribed to your channel by the way. Thanks a lot Jerry. I know you're not a doctor and I'm not asking for a diagnosis just what you have experienced and what you think might help. Thanks a lot again.

Question: I'm a vegan athlete who is training for a 50K. What are your thoughts on doing this fast during the training cycle?

  16. Adriana Huston on July 5, 2018 at 3:20 am

Hi! Do you eat just grapes or do you drink grape juice? What kind of grapes red or green?

  17. Google1 User on July 12, 2018 at 3:14 am
